Notice of Registration
Due to the restrictions of COVID-19, the 2023 APEC Conference on Promoting Community-based Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) Integrated Care Model was held both in-person and via virtual conference.
In-person seating was limited. Only participants with confirmed registration were permitted to enter the venue.
Conference materials were limited. In keeping with environmental sustainability, the forum did not provide physical program books. Attendees were encouraged to prepare their own water bottles.
Hybrid Format
The conference offered two participation modes:
- In-person attendance — at the Chang Yung-Fa Foundation International Conference Center, Room 801. Seats were limited and confirmation was required.
- Virtual attendance — participants joined remotely via the online conference platform.
Registration Process
Registration was handled through an online form. Interested participants completed the form to indicate their preferred mode of attendance. Confirmation of registration was sent to those whose participation was accepted.
Photography Consent
By registering, participants acknowledged that photographic images taken during the conference could be used by the organizers for documentation and promotional purposes related to the event.
